Teacher of the University of Barcelona. Licentiate and Doctor of Philosophy for the University of Barcelona and in Sciences of the Information for the Autonomous University of Barcelona. His speciality is the philosophical anthropology and the philosophy of the culture with special emphasis in the discusiones of our days on the identity and it that we are, title of one of his books, of the consequences that the genetic engineering and the technology can have, they are having, in the way of recognizing ourselves, the possible identity in the company that comes. On these topics it has published numerous articles in specialized magazines and several books. Guest and lecturer in foreign universities. It has directed programs of doctorate, doctoral theses and masters. Member of important academic and social committees. Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Barcelona.
